ORDER ACCEPTANCE & PROCESSING
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it consitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
At any time after receipt of an order confirmation, QHouseKids reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Orders are processed within a few business days of receipt and a final & official invoice is emailed automatically the day of the shipment.
CREDIT CARD POLICY
All orders are reviewed by our credit department for accuracy and payment method validation.
QHouseKids does not charge your credit card until the order is shipped. However, an authorization for the full amount of the transaction is processed at the time the order is placed.
Should the order be cancelled for any reason, such authorization will expire and your credit card will not be charged.
All orders ship across Canada from our Montreal Facility
FedEx Ground or Canada Post for remote location - 2-5 business days*
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order prior to shipping.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
*Ground delivery can take up to 7 to 10 business days for Remote areas
Qhousekids collects and remits sales tax based on the location of the shipping address.
Our intention is that your order is received in perfect condition.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or any items are missing, you are required to contact us in writing, via email with a detailed description of the damaged.
Failure do to so within 24hours of delivery will result in the items considered having been accepted as is.
