If for any reason, you are not completely satifsfied with our merchandise, please contact us within 10 days of receipt, and we will refund the purchase price minus the original shipping charges.

The item you return :
- customer must provide a Kaloostore.com invoice
- the item must be in its original packaging, with its original tags.
Qhousekids.com will not process any returns without a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping unless the return is the result of an error from Qhousekids.com
After inspection, Qhousekids.com reserves the right to refuse the returned goods if we do not receive the goods in its original condition.
