Qhousekids ships across Canada from our Montreal Facility

* Canpar or Canada Post for remote locations

* 2-5 business days*

* Shipping cost depend order value,  type of products and destination. Range is typically 3% to 15% of order value.

*Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order prior to shipping. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped and only on those items shipped.

Ground delivery can take up to 7 to 10 business days to Remote areas

Sales Tax

Qhousekids collects and remits sales tax based on the location of the shipping address.

Qhousekids values your privacy. We do not share your email / customer information with anyone.

Returns

We stand behind everything we distribute! If you are not satisfied with a Qhousekids distributed product, please notify us with-in 10 days of receipt of the product. Please immeditaly indicate damage on the delivery slip upon receipt of any Canpar shipment so we can expedite claims. Please contact Qhousekids' customer service department and we will be happy to assist you.
